How does the technology work?

Customers can tap, scan, or use the payment reader to access the Smart Market. After opening the door, customers select the products they want and then close the door. The system identifies the selected products and completes the transaction. The Smart Market also uses technology for remote inventory monitoring and operational management.

Who handles restocking?

Aero Grab & Go provides professional local servicing, including stocking and restocking as part of its fully managed service. Inventory can also be monitored remotely to help support product availability and property-specific assortments.

What products can be offered?

Product selection can be tailored to the needs of each property. Available categories may include fresh meals and chilled foods, snacks, beverages and hydration, protein and fitness/wellness products, travel necessities, personal care items, and everyday essentials.

What types of properties are a good fit?

How do you determine if a location qualifies?

Qualification is based on factors such as expected foot traffic, available placement space, power and connectivity, and overall fit with the property type. A complimentary site assessment determines qualification.

Who owns and operates the Smart Market?

Aero Grab & Go, a brand of AeroSouth Ventures, LLC, owns and operates the Smart Market, including the equipment, product selection, and servicing.

Who handles installation?

What if the property already has a vending provider?

We can still complete a site assessment to see whether a Smart Market would complement or replace an existing vending arrangement. Confirm any contractual considerations with existing providers.
